In Peru, there are many family members who can’t go out to work due to they have to take care of their children or elderly/sick parents in a closer way, or just because they decided to share time between work and home chores.
Most of these people has work experience in some manufacture industry, and great part of them come from our textile field, they have great quality workmanship as they were cutting and/or sewing operators in big textile companies.
So that this group of people do not remain outside of the textile work system, we link them to the system through our company. Our head office was settle down to support product development activities and quality product auditory processes for those small manufacturing families. We give them permanent training and fully support in quality product assurance to be able to hit the high quality standards required by the global market.
Our strength as a full package exporter is not only that we are able to work fashion styles, but also we can make them in special small-scale lot with a “synchronized work” with these small manufacturers.
As we are also a family company, we understand how to work with small-scale productions, in fact, this can be done, thanks to those small family workshops in our city.
The result is that, we can offer a full package product with high quality standard, as well as we help these families to offer their work to the world in a fairly manner (similar opportunities as working in a big company)
Small manufacturer families do not have the means to connect and trade directly with the international market by themselves, due to several factors as language barrier, investment, logistic chain management, customs formalities and other complicated procedures to export.
Our company allows them to use their skills, as well as enjoy working near their families, without having to go out for work and leaving their children without protection, which is what they value most.
Small manufacturer families have great quality workmanship (most of them were cutting and/or sewing operators in big textile companies in Peru), however they need to be directed and trained day to day, in order to improve their methods and timing along the manufacture process.
Our product development team and quality auditors give them accurate support to make their work as smooth as possible. Company provides the right tools that help them to meet the international standards required to export, such as tech pack specifications, approved counter sample, color cards visual aids, measurement sheets, “how to measure” graphics aids and so on.
Our company have the control of the full supply chain of the product and all the investment needed to keep goods flowing; however, these manufacturer families have freedom to decide on their own workshop management.
It is true, we support them in planning their capacities and delivery time in a responsible manner, but they have the control on administration of their time and their human resource (the only restriction is “child labor”)
Our company is committed to give a fair economic retribution for their work, as soon as goods are audited and delivered to our warehouse. They do not have to wait 15, 30 or 45 days to make it effective, but immediately next day after invoice issued.
In some special cases, our company has done advanced weekly payments as manufacturing progressed (according to evaluation on quality and timeliness of the manufacturer)
